Our Philosophy
Eden's Garden is a private school licensed by the Ministry of Education and founded by Tara L. Alisbah. We follow standards set by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), America's largest early childhood education accreditation agency.

The philosophy behind Eden's Garden is founded on the following principles:
Children are passionate about interests and those interests are used to teach skills.
Give children the space, time and tools they need to express themselves.
Encourage them to be creative, imagine and "think out of the box."
Show them how to respect each other's backgrounds, ideas, and cultures.
Teach them to appreciate what they have, and to share.
Teach them patience by example.
Connect them with the environment through gardening, recycling, science and nature lessons, long-term projects.
Prepare them to succeed academically in whichever primary school they go on to, whether English or Turkish, local or international.
